I did legs yesterday - I try not to count No of reps or sets if I think I've done a lot of reps
I add weight & if not enough reps will lower the weight.
Aiming for intensity & as close to muscular failure as I can.
This was my leg session. Sets are approx.
Donkey calf raises & Front squats upto 120kg 6/7 sets
Laying leg curls 4/5 sets
Leg press 6/7 sets last 2 sets 450kg drop set to 370kg
Seated leg curls 3/4 sets
Back squats working upto 125kg last 2 sets 7/8 sets
Standing calf raise machine 4/5 sets
Hyperextensions 3/4 sets
Will do stiff leg Deadlifts & extra calf work probably tomorrow.
