Seated calf raise & Tib raise - 1 set each max reps

10 sets db kick backs

10 sets db hammer curls
Superset
10 sets narrow grip db benches

10 sets supinating db curls
Supersets
10 sets overhead extensions

10 sets reverse grip db curls
Superset
10 sets db skulls

10 sets reverse grip db wrist curls last set into wrist roller for 7 minutes.

legs yesterday

abductors 3 sets
leg extension 3 sets
stand. leg curl 3 sets
leg press 2 sets 25
bridge leg press 2 sets 25

calf raise 3 sets
seated calf 3 sets


I did legs yesterday - I try not to count No of reps or sets  if I think I've done a lot of reps
I add weight & if not enough reps will lower the weight.
Aiming for intensity & as close to muscular failure as I can.
This was my leg session. Sets are approx.

Donkey calf raises & Front squats upto 120kg  6/7 sets
Laying leg curls 4/5 sets
Leg press 6/7 sets last 2 sets 450kg drop set to 370kg
Seated leg curls 3/4 sets
Back squats working upto 125kg last 2 sets  7/8 sets
Standing calf raise machine 4/5 sets
Hyperextensions 3/4 sets

Will do stiff leg Deadlifts & extra calf work probably tomorrow.

Its pretty self explanatory, gym was freezing cold, I couldnt get warm so I went home rather than hurt myself

Still go this fucking niggling golfers elbow, so days it gets better then another its fucking agony

Its mainly free weights and machines and a small cardio room, its not that big either so it should be warmer

still a few good old school Gyms over in the UK, here no one wants it anymore.
I did use a Gym in ´94 that was old school near me but i was mainly upstairs doing Wing Tsun just did weights with another Brit who was into hardcore training.
I remember the Squat Rack was a home made welded job  :D

15 sets push ups with feet on couch. 5 sets body weight,5 sets with 25lbs on back,5 sets with 50lbs on back.

15 sets of db front raises with 25lb bells.

Can’t wait to pick up my Chinese food and get stoned and watch horror movies all night.

On occasion. I love high volume. And I take most sets to positive failure.pop a cialis and carb up and train arms for 2-2.5 hours and the pump never subsides. Best feeling in the world. Then when your done pound some puss and it makes for a great day. Anyone who hasn’t tied cialis for pumps needs to.

Shoulders and arms workouts now are 60-100 sets.
