Worked 7-7 and just went and did 10 sets of incline db press and laterals.

80,90,100,110,120,130,140,150,160,160.
10,12,15,17.5, 20,22.5,25,30,30,30.

Crazy pumped. Time for bed.

Sometimes those are the best workouts. Just decide to go and do just a few things 👍
