I wear knee sleeves on leg day, knee's are getting more and more creeky. They literally make loud "rice crispie" noises.
(Plus some pain). They are not too tight, just give a little support.
When I get up to 4-plates for squatting, I change over to the Powerlifting knee wraps... Though, from low-back pain, I havent squatted or deadlifted in a month.
