i have a question could you in detail write up everything you have ever done in a workout and how much you lifted and what supps you took and in general just cover everything since you started lifting until today including each meal you ever ate even if its when you were offseason...

I love all these questions for Jay, he hasn't answered one and I'd bet that trend will continue.

He's a cool guy and it's good having him here but he seems like the type of person that watches everything he says. I doubt he'll give us many interesting posts.

heres a free tip or two

"watch out for the feds when buying your gear"

"do not use your credit card when buying lighter fluid to destroy a body"

"lift with the legs"

"when shooting a video about your training do not open the fridge full of gear"

"always wipe front to back"

Jay started working out when he was 18, he credits having a strong base for muscle by working with his brother laying concrete. Seems like he's destined for greatness. Jerry Rice credits being able to catch so well due to brick laying with his dad when he was a kid. He used to catch the bricks his dad would throw down.
