first fo all...where do you even see fat on this guy?  goddamn your a hater..he llooks lean to me.   id spot him a about 11% bf.     anf why get so "big in the offseason"? well, you bodies most anabolic state is at 13-14 % bf.

Im not that fat....I have vascularity on bi's forearms and deltoids going onto upper chest.  Its kinda gross in the sunlight. :-[    I trained with Island guys  ( samoans, tongans )   Football players.  They made me start benching 405 when i could only do 315, eventually i was doing it on my own for sets of 6.

By Gawd thatll thicken you up!!!   Sooooo here i am.  Time to cut. :)

I have thought of doing more power training to get up my size quicker but i lift alone and i don't have the right mindset for it, but i have still been adding decent size and havn't started slowing yet but time is on my side.

And i gurantee you there are just as many that claim otherwise, there is no right or wrong way only what works for each individual. But hey since we are talkin about "studies" i would not use your microwave cause i have read some "studies" saying it can give you cancer and shit.
