gotta agree with you Bast, i'd say from the pic he's closer to 20 percent at least it appears that way, i'd say he'd be more like 200 in contest shape, his shoulders and arms are huge but his back and traps look undersized.

Did you read the thread???   Now im 241 @ 13.8% or so.   I can only dream of the conditioning of lacour....Time will tell, my friend.   Im a hairy dude on the chest and lowerback and im not about to shave this early into my traing to show off for you yet.   I can pinch an inch around the lower abs too, but not toobad
