Yes i do look like a juicer

But im used to it. Yes compounds squats incline bench, deadlifts. Then on rep workouts i let the joint heal and do alot of cable work and machine workouts for 10-20 reps....hold at the top and do partials and stuff.
Ive benched 525lbs slow up and down. No pause, tho so it wouldnt count in a comp Squatted over 600lbs deads the same as squat. As for now squats are ass to heels 405x 6-8 Inc bench to 365lbs x4. My max was on flat bench not inclines tho.
My friends just acted like anyone could do it and they expected me to keep up......so i did.LOL
Im this size yearround i dont worry about cycling and losing size like some dependant on steroids........Took me longer but i paid my dues and here we are.LOL
