Your higher than 19%.
6-12 reps is not high reps.
I use 6-12 rep range also and everytime I get a weight no matter what it is I push out as many as I can do.
You don't know what your talking about.
My dad was a bodybuilder and I'm doing my certificate 3 in fitness, I talk to bodybuilders all the time i've spoken to Lee Priest in person.
For a 16 year old I believe I know alot about bodybuilding.
What does your diet consist of, I'm interested

I don't want to hurt your feelings but.... From the pictures I have seen Canidate your not that big, lol.  You look kinda like a "big girl" from the back.

Just work out, don't be over confident.

Lol, 19% BF, when he's as fat as on his pictures? And he talks about a 36 inchs waistsize....

If he's 19% BF, 240 pounds and only benches 220x10, then it's hillarious ;)

Anyway, he's big for being 16, and strong for being 16, yet he's way beyond 19% bf, and to get really ripped will take him a lot of time and sacrifice a lot of muscles :-\ I'd say he's at least 25-30% BF......

Well that pic of xfactor was taken from a poor angle and hes not wearing a singlet top like you which make your lats look better.
A lat spread and other poses will always make your lats look bigger.

This isn't a good job but you get the idea.
