dude....you went to the gym at noon...and ya just got home at 4:30!!???. :o .good god I hope you were other places too!!If not how can you train that long ?..especially on 1 gram of carbs a day or whatever crazy shit you are eat'n now..lol....dedication.,or just crazy...not sure which. ;)

I heard tyson slapped cormier on the back of the head when he was bouncing one night. Cormier said that he wasnt scared at all he just didnt want to fight him ::)

however a few days later cormier and his gangbangers all went round to tyson and said that he would get shot.

he said it felt like he was getting hit by a brick and was an open palm slap. I hate the way all bodybuilds thing they are amazing fighters.
