I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like this. The way Jay uses his utensils to pick up and “cut” the food is INSANE! He’s like a machine, counting every bite like you would count reps….. I just can’t get enough of this behind the scenes material!

Goes to show how dumb these guys are.

Eating egg whites with a plastic fork. Takes 150 bites to eat a small meal.

Adds extra water to his egg whites and oatmeal to feel "fuller".

Adjusts his calories on the fly because of the weight he woke up.

Avoids simple sugars except for CellTech.

Unreal.
