A gym I've been going to on and off for 30 years (Used to be great as a Golds in 90's) turned into one of the worst.
Its probably 90% Spanish folks (because of its location in MA) and the people are the worst. (Gym goers).
Paper towels all over the floor, stuffed into power-rack uprights and holes and other machines, weights just left all over, etc.

Has some of the best equipment, but I always end up leaving at like month 7 out of a 12 month membership (as I cant handle training around the dirty/lazy kvntz).
Must be their culture or something... (A Puerto Rican community). Very nice and friendly people, just very lazy...

I've been to a few hardcore training gyms in my life. I wouldn't do that, now. It seems like the latest generation of hardcore weight trainer kids have also turned into insecure, lazzy training coupled with over-used tren and general roid rage they cannot mentally handle. Brings a bad atmosphere, imo.

I prefer 24 hour gyms and I like to train at 4am-5:30am. Sometimes if I can't sleep - I'll go in from the wake cycle from the night before and train at like midnight. Hardcore gyms can't offer me that, here.

Even the older blokes in their 40's, 50's can act like teenagers - so no wonder the young lads lose respect for the elders, unlike previous generations. Everybody is looked at as a potential 'threat' or competition to these idiots. They don't realise some elders just want to go about their lives without having to deal with other people's shit.

I like serious gyms (to a point) where at least the place is respected, etc... Hardcore can also be irritating.
Fat Powerlifters acting like something they are not. No one is special because they lift weights. Many think they are Billy Bad Ass.

I'd never step into a gym again if it wasnt for early mornings. As normal as our gym is I went after work once.
The teenage and college kid retardation was too much for me. Posing, flexing, texting, shitty form, lots of drugs, cameras, etc...
