I beg to differ.  That is not "grainy".  It is simply pimply(!) skin slathered in ShiTAN so much that it looks almost like it was spackled on by blind German midgies on tiny stilts. 

This is what happens when you mix crap DNA with massive dosages of drugs.  And it is not just the "Germans", all over the flat earf bodybuilders do this and they increase the dosages and their ranks on a yearly basis.

I agree, but I was making a joke. I found a photo of him and quickly ran it through filters in Photoshop to give him an exaggerated contrast look, similar to what many bodybuilding photographers do. It was an exaggeration of the kind of filtering seen on the left side of the video's thumbnail.

Here is the original version split in half to show the original abomination(left) and the abomination I created(right). On the far right side are the layers in Photoshop used to create the image that I posted originally.
