Man... I don't know.  In theory they're supposed to be performance enhancers but just about every time Ive used SARMS I felt like shit. My appetite went down the drain. No really noticeable gains. Some fat loss and maybe improved recovery.

Ive never seen anyone make good gains on sarms and most of them make you feel lethargic as hell.

The guy is a fucking idiot for taking LGD.  I get the Ibutamoren/MK-677.  It is basically oral growth hormone.  Lots of reasons why that would be beneficial to recovery and healing injuries, etc.  I almost think there should be a TUE for Ibutamoren.  Teams are paying these guys so much $$$ to play that this could help keep them healthy and on their respective courts, rinks or fields of play.

That load management bullshit needs to be dealt with.  They should get 3 paid sick days per season.  Anything after that should be unpaid or force them to go on short term disability.  Like the rest of us in the working world.

NBA tickets are expensive. Working your ass off to pay for tickets for you and your family only to get there and realize the team is sitting the star must be infuriating.
