I have come to realize that while in great shape for me at my age I may not be in great shape from a fitness magazine online influencer perspective. Like maybe you are in great shape for 52 but not in need to share online daily shape? Also if we wait and do quarterly updates perhaps changes will be more evident?  Perhaps others will be more likely to share as well? So what do you say DJ a 60 day moratorium on physique updates? Come back March 31st and show us your leg gains? Take a break until then?
