Now everyone can say I am a liar and a thief and the spawn of Satan but in my honest opinion if you can't grow on 500mg you can't grow. Work on your training diet and recovery after that.

Everyone is different. You may gain at 5grams of test a week or you might top out at 500mgs a week. There is no answer to this.i have a friend who runs a gram of test year round and has for at least 10 years and he looks great but doesnt look like he’s running a gram a week. And I have another friend who is running 200 mg a week and looks like he’s running a gram. It’s trial and error on yourself not what someone else might say works for them or their clients.
Experiment and see, push the envelope, anything to shorten your life span I condone.

Get off all Stimulants, you'll be shredded, constantly pumping Stimulants just increases your cortisol which in turn makes you retain fluid, plus you're just frying your cns brother.

No I don't, you can either go cold turkey (which I did) and you'll have serious headaches like migraine type headaches for like 2-3 days straight, or slowly reduce your dose, like week 1 reduce it by 25% week 2 reduce it another 25% or so on so it'll be a 4 week process, by doing this your system will adjust and you won't have those withdrawal headaches. I'm telling you man, you'll feel great. I was off all Stimulants for almost a year, now I do half a caffeine tab 100mg prior to training and half a cialis and I get insane pumps.
