Ii don't believe they do 5 grams. I think the other compounds is what they go nuts on. I mean maybe deep off-season they go a few grams. But with what is known now u simply don't need it. It's like hunting deer with a bazooka...it's overkill

Doc lee recently put up a video on a pre contest cycle and he advised blasting the living shit out of mast 1.5 grams per week

Big Paul blasts mast and primo with moderate test his total anabolic load is bout 3 grams

Fuck all those other shitty ass compounds and just blast tes

TEST IS BEST

I am blessed with not aromatizeing test I never ever get gyno and I stay pretty dry

after 30 mgs i get no more beneifit

20 mgs is best coz it's almost as good as 30 but with less strain on the system

10 mgs is ok but 20 mgs is much much better

epic dose accord to vig steve is 1 gram

he has gone as his as 2.5 grams and knows some pros who took 5 grams

I just meant in total - 5 grams. Add up all the shit they do.
Test, Deca, HGH, Peptides, T3, Mast, Primo, etc..

And I'm sure most do more than 1 gram of test. 500mg is a stater dose these days.
Ive read many cycles online where folks ae doing 2500 Test, 2500 other... And these are just "your average gym rats" on gear websites..

The only modern bodybuilder whose dose was “known” was Dallas McCarver, based on his autopsy results, and I think the values were extrapolated to something insane like 10g of test a week.

No just kidding... i'm on test year round cruising and fuck around with the doses/ the type... enanthate then sustanon and back again...
Got some d-bol and am using it just for fun... it does make me feel great and even motivated me to get back to Getbig.com

... from now on i'll blame everything on the d-bol
