Coach is old and shorter I would win but again coach is 60 some years old and I have half a foot size advantage not exactly fair.

He's also stronger, and much more muscular than you. Also you've had more ailments than the average 60 year old. Height advantage works in striking, but we've seen the Clegg tape, so............

Again it wouldn't even be fair but sure I would be willing to have a grappling spar with Coach I am not punching some 60 year old man. I am also not going to go full 100% just enough to show I am the superior grappler. But again he is 60 some years old it wouldn't be right to strike with him.
