Puts you to sleep, or revs you up, depending on dosage and time taken. I've slept for 36 hours on it many times. It's more like a weak GHB.

Problem is the long half life and physical addiction. Stop it cold turkey without tapering and you are likely to hallucinate and do something bizarre. Benzos you can take for 2 weeks or longer with no withdrawals but you generally can't with phenibut. Just a few days and can have withdrawals, rebound anxiety.

A fantastic drug, anti-anxiety effects with a definite mood boost. But beware. It's a drug in Russia and comes in boxes of 20 × 250mg tabs. That's how short your cycle should be. It's claimed it's in Cosmonaut's medical kit in space.

Yeah my BBB is very robust as Xanax had near zero effect on me as well and I stopped it EASY PEASY

It's quite unbelievable that it's still not considered a drug or narcotic, especially as tons of people have sought treatment for it. Usually the treatment consists of Baclofen that is then tapered down. I first tried it something like 20 years ago when Patrick Arnold introduced it to the bodybuilding world. Patrick knew about the addiction potential as he blended it in a capsule with other "nootropic" herbs so you wouldn't overdose as easily. But Patrick never mentioned it. Of course it didn't take many weeks until it was available as a powder. My theory is that Patrick was looking for something to treat GHB addiction, probably for himself.

If you can manage without an anxiolytic drug it's best to leave it be. But it does build up in your system over days, it's usially said the drug effects can last 36 hours due to the half life.
It's best to use a maximum of 750mg for a week when under high stress or else use a "recreational" dose just once a week or less. My sweet spot is 1500mg but it's too much really, the Russians say 750mg is the maximum "attack dose."

benzos remove the aggitation and take me off egde but they don't make me postive outgoing more like a wallflower so they only do half of what i want

weed acts very similar as benzos for me, so close but no cigar

Also read F phenibut requires about 1/4th the dose of regular phenibut.  I have F-phenibut but haven't opened it.

Nothing worse than a drug that plays on your sense of oneself... of making you think it's the best version of you. It is dangerous in the sense that you look at it as a life enhancer with positive externalities rather than what it should be: a crazy night out with some mates celebrating something once in a blue moon; if drugs are your thing at all.

You're absolutely right. These things are not worth the risk. Send a sample to a lab for a breakdown if you insist. I'm sure that in the UK, there's a free service or very cheap that will check what's in your drugs. This fentanyl shit is nothing but a disgusting situation
