                            Hey Wes . CONGRATULATIONS on being sober for 26 years!!  I quit drinking myself 16 years ago. It was easy for me I just stopped. lol  ALOT of people struggle with it so that is awesome that your sober.  I couldn't work out didn't eat right was on the verge of looking like this DJ character.  One day I seen an old friend I used to work out with and he said " are you sick?  What happened to your body?".   He meant well but that is when I said fuck this. And quit.  I have no problem going to bars or being around people who drink.  I never did street drugs and never did pot either. ( or smoked cigarettes)

I get 90 5mg. pills each month................whe n it`ds time for my new script I usually have between 50-60 left.....yeah I`m a real junkie.  :D

I take them as needed.....if I wanted to get high I`d just go out and buy some Cocaine you idiot.

My new nighttime gummy is a 5mg THC and 25mg CBD...
Sleep is amazing on that stuff. I tried a vape-pen once, shit is nasty/harsh.
Cant smoke weed anymore, its much too strong, the paranoia/anxiety is brutal on that shit.
These gummies are mellow as f**k, relaxing, pain reliving. If I do catch a buzz, it kicks in while sleeping I guess.

You dont get high, but it can get you low... Makes you tired/sleepy...
Good for bad insomnia, but must use very sparingly. When I had insomnia for a long time, I got a bottle of 30 from Doc.
Would last a couple of years...

Now I can fall asleep anywhere I go. No more Insomnia.
Wife elbowed me in the theater the other week when I was snoring during the Von Erich movie   8)
And it was only 11 AM...

I went from insomnia to narcolepsy...

    This is what being involved in real bodybuilding and being a decent human being is all about!!  Notice all the love and encouragement, well wishing and things we give each other ?  We know how difficult things can be and we step up and offer whatever we can to help. We may jive each other or disagree on some things but always will be there to offer encouraging words etc to those who behave in a real manner as a human being. Anyone who behaves like some of these ass clowns on here deserve the harsh treatment they get because they bring it on themselves. If they wouldn't lie, brag or just be so fucking stupid they would see what the true "brotherhood of Iron" is all about!!
