Gentlemen, I believe hanky may have had his driver's license suspended/revoked.  My reasoning: he only leaves the house 2-3 times a week, hasn't been to the gym in 6 months, and wants to move to a house where everything is within walking distance.  He's had 70+ tickets for speeding and reckless driving, maybe the last time they pulled him over 6 months ago he went too far and lost the right to drive.

My wife did drive us to lunch today but I drove my son yesterday. I do not have any kind of suspension issues there is 1 active speeding ticket causing points on my drivers license. The others all got reduced to non moving infractions that give no points or they fell off due to being old.  Thank you all for your concern

We played hours of Wrestling on his xbox and watched cartoons and went to a playground but there wasn't much to do and it was cold outside. Our new place is closer to more activities we can do together.  He also did some weight training with the 3 pound dumbells and we went to a kids music concert. I did have a little DMS today in my upper back which I was happy about also my glutes I noticed today were sore

Looking at my records for the hell of it.

I pulled 1.4x bodyweight 15 years ago for 5 reps with a reset:

1) after six months of training having never done a compound lift before and hardly any weight training.
2) with double overhand
3) no belt
4) no drugs whatsoever.
