People have been saying the same stuff to him many times every day for years on here despite his posting pics daily, sometimes multiple times a day.  But all of a sudden he can't take not posting pics so he makes up a stupid nonsense excuse.  Might as well have said "that was before I started seeing Cartoon Dogs".

Just learned an important training point and that is that I respond very very well to high volume

On his and tris I was doing 7 work/failure sets per week and in pecs and delts doing 21 failure sets per week and based on the pics I took yesterday my delts and pece filled out much better than my bis and tris and in fact I even lost some size/volume on my tris so now all parts will be volume bombed

Also my back does kinda suck but this makes sense since I do not put the same effort Into it like I do delts arms and pecs

something about your proportions is fundamentally off. I dont know if its the lack of calves, the large headsize to narrow shoulders, but I know that it just doesnt look quite right to me personally.
