Nah. Legit dude.

Retired Unit (Delta), I’m not certain he was ever a Green Beret. I think he went to OCS from an Infranty unit.

I remember when I was much younger training just outside my garage benching and curling in the fresh air and enjoying the day. What a great time it was.

I have a bar, plates, and mats in my garage to use in warm weather.

Nothing fancy.

Also one of those big fans.

Recently picked up a nice used pressing rack on Craiglist and have that out there.  Haven't used it yet.
