and most important q... did it increase the size of your lean and ripped waist?

its hard to tell honestly brother... the more i took, the more i ate (carb wise), there was alot less bloat w pharma for sure tho... but i had no permanent waist growth from the drug itself.. when id blow up my waist grew, and when i cut it shrank lol...start off at 3iu and go from there man... usually took me about 3 weeks to a month to bloat up to where id really notice.. im a thick skinned, watery fucker to begin with too tho.

I think this info is more relevant to the average 50 plus year old getbigger than the typical info you see on the subject in the bodybuilding community.

Why because it is needed too many questions too many theories and threads.  This is something that takes time it is not overnight and it is not going to be dramatic. It also is going to work best if you are already in shape. Lots of info on youtube by lot of great people but I liked this simple timeline info. I am at 30 days right now. I have maybe put on 5lbs-10lbs of fluid but could just be my normal weight range it is not an instant miracle like that Primo DJ gets. I have never gone 6 months before maybe 2 months tops. The plan this time is to review at 3 and 6 months I was very lean when I started no big difference yet. But this thread is not about me it is about HGH and a place to discuss it.
