My forearms are at the freak level right now the rest eh but my forearms have never been this good nor have my arms for that matter vascularity is on point . I have snakes in my arms.

I realized one thing that has been overlooked in all this excitement:  Hankins says the big guy "looked like Arnold" close up.  Hankins beat the big guy.  Implicitly in his mind, Hankins now considers himself to have a superior physique to Arnold.

That is class B I am class C at Nationals 510-6

I was B at the Cup because they only had 2 height classes Nationals has 4

DIVISION C

Up to and including 5” 11”/180.3 cm   Up to and including 209 lbs/94.8 kg
Up to and including 6’ 0”/182.9 cm   Up to and including 217 lbs/98.4 kg

Also my arms are twice that dudes size. They are also twice the size of the guy who took 3rd in my actual class

Is he all cut up sure buy he has 16 inch arms tops. I have plenty of muscle I would just need to diet a little harder and come in a little leaner. I have more muscle than this guy

Check out the comparisons from my actual class yeah they are all cut up but look at their arms mine are clearly bigger than 3 out of 4 of them the 5th guy isn't in the comparisons for some reason

I do not pin my upper body at all I have told you this a million times. Quads and glutes only also my right arm is great these days

Most of us train. We just dont compete. Most here, believe it or not, do train. They are just more into health and fitness and not the bodybuilding lifestyle.

My arms are bigger I have more muscle. I drop 10lbs of fluid and I am all cut up just like the guys at nationals not that difficult.
