I don’t see it selling less than 1.65m. People are buying 2 bedroom condos near me that are original to 40 years ago and 1800 sf for 750k with 600 condo fees and no amenities.

Me personally I would love Hankins house. If I had the cash I would be a serious buyer.

I haven't kept up with his exact address but from the pictures, the pool, location close to beach, size, driveway, deck patio..... yeah, fuck yeah. Looks solid to me.

About 15 - 20 years ago I spent alot of time sailing in Chesapeake bay, Abelmarle Sound, Pamilco Sound.... it was a hell of a lot of fun, but man it is the muggiest most humid region Ive ever been in my life. The bay and the sounds get infested with jellyfish every year... but for sailing it was phenomenal  and all the inlets.... you could spend the rest of your life exploring all the waterways and still never see all of it.
