Are you still a fatty or are you finally working out? I will say that I respect the fact that you do seem to have self awareness and recognized that you needed to make changes. I sincerely hope you stay away from the booze man. I had a problem a couple decades ago and now I’m ridiculously strict about limiting myself in the event I have a drink. I haven’t had a drink in a couple of years, but have something coming up in a few weeks where I will probably have a bourbon. I like em best or on rocks and gdmn I do love the taste, but I will never allow myself to not be in control.
