How many sneakers do you have??

I tend to hold onto sneakers too long, but have recently purchase some Saucony, Altra and Xero brands as I need to get this shit right after working through a broken sesamoid bone.

I have traditionally worn altras as my go to.

And, for you more frugal types, I tend to buy last year's models when they are being replaced, so they tend to be half price or more.  The idea of $140 sneakers doesn't interest me.

I used to buy mainly Nike but the past few years started using Adidas and have found Adidas to be more comfortable and considerably more durable and better quality.

Several of my Nike shoes eventually broke after 1 to 2 years of use, or even under a year. This has never happened with my Adidas shoes.

They are also wider in comparison to Nike, which seems to be made for people with high arches.

I bought Brahma Grate steel toe workboots that look like sneakers.  $30.

Had a pair of these a couple times and like them.

If you have to kick someone they are extra good.

I have but one pair and when I wear them I TIE my shoelaces and then do the double knot on top of that so that they do not come loose.  I despise these urbane ghetto beings that don't know how to tie their shoelaces.   They look like retards and probably smell like the Bog of Eternal Stench.

Nike is shit quality these days, they are more about fashion.

Asics are the most comfortable.

I can't say i wear "sneakers", but i have running shoes.

Mainly wear dress style boots or Soloman hiking shoes.

I've used bicarb soda on my gym ones, before. Works wonders and then just vacuum the powder up after an hour. Soaks up and neutralises everything.
