How old were your parents when they died? Unless they lived to 100 you are screwed. No one beats genetics and you don't even lift, just sit around on you fat hairy ass all day complaining about the orange man.
My parents died young by today's standards. However, what they died of had nothing to do with their or my genetics. My mom and dad were only together for a couple of years. They both exhibited excessive self-destructive behaviors.
My mom died from emphysema. She smoked five packs of cigarettes a day starting when she was in high school. My father was an unhappy, anti-social alcoholic from what I have been by his family. I don't smoke and in comparison, to my father, I am almost a teetotaler.
Other than my mother and father, my ancestors on both the paternal and maternal side of my family lived well beyond the normal life expectancy for their times.
I have exercised my entire life, including weight training (I do lift) and am exceptionally physically fit. My diet is incredibly healthy. I am 5'10" tall, weigh around 175 lbs. with less than 12% overall bodyfat - 10% visceral fat. I am not much of a risk taker. In fact, I live a fairly quiet and stress-free life.
However, I am mostly bald and have been since my twenties. Do people die from baldness? I don't believe they do.

One thing you may be right about is that I still spend entirely too much time posting on this internet board which is mostly a negative downer. But, I am not nearly as serious minded as I probably appear to other 'Getbiggers.'
