My quasi cutting diet breakfast is oats, scoop whey, blue berries and chia seeds. Almond milk overnight oats. Very satiating, epic fuckin farts though oh brother. Embarrassingly raunchy ass. Is cream of rice better in that area? Sick of having to walk outside every 15 minutes to blow my ass out.
Oats and chia seeds are high in fiber which causes gas and bloating if you're digestive tract is not accustomed to eating them.The rice cereal has hardly any fiber.I had this oat cereal one time and it gave me the shats really bad. Nasty stuff.It wasn't oatmeal, it was some hot oat stuff.Oh man, that stuff was explosive.
