It is time to get ready for the battle in Denver Colorado. The Shawn Ray Colorado Pro Figure Classic. I would like all I.F.B.B Figure Pro Ladies who are competing in this show, to show the world a little taste of what they will be missing if they do not attend. I will start this thread by posting a pic of Alexis Ellis, 13 days out. Picture was taken at almost 10pm at Golds Gym Venice after a hard leg workout. This is Alexis at her worst!!! . So Ladies I can't wait to see you all at the show and bring on the Pics. I know you all look great!!!!!

I believe that the Pro Figure competitors will be on top of their game as they have been since the onset of the season.

I am just very excited to be doing my Pro Figure debut.... you only get to debut once and I am giving it all I got.

I saw a bit of your cooking segments on the Fit Show with you and your hubby/hype-man  , and I enjoyed them.
