His upper body leans out quick but his back and legs hold fat, he would have sacrificed most of his muscle chest arms shoulders to get his legs to lean out. I know how to lean him out but didn't have the time, 2 weeks to go is not long enough to really do anything.

A few people on here know their shit when it comes to prep.  You just don't want to accept that people tried...MULTIPLE fucking times.  He dismissed their advice because he ALWAYS knows better.

Serious question why do u do the higher reps at 225 at the end and not the beginning? I would think if u get 10 at the end u could get 15 to 20 at the beginning leading to more gains because the top set is more

Sometimes I feel stronger as it goes on and muscles and tendons and ligaments are warmed up more.
