Thanks man - that was light weight just to get contractions, etc.   I did tons and tons of power rows at 225, 1 arms at 130's , etc.

I saw another upload SC posted doing bent forward cable rows........just as sweet..............full ROM....................s low and controlled, with a good contraction at the end.

As we all know,but it bears repeating.....SC would mop the stage with Hanky, as well mop the gym floor with that bobble headed prick any day of the week.

My one wish in life is to live long enough to piss on Hankys fucking grave.........I despise that lowlife POS......and I`m onery enough to last just fucking that long.

I`m in a real pissy mood and thinking of that "pseudo bodybuilder" just makes me hate his fucking guts even more that I already do.

If I could off a guy and get away with it........he`d have been gonzo a long fucking time ago.

Putting down the great guys on getbig.....guys that he couldn`t hold a fucking candle to on their worst fucking day......people who actually tried to help the sausage eating,dicklicking, prick,bastard.

Clearly your back destroys bhanks, even with the tank on. I've seen plenty of your videos to know you would mop the floor with that guy lifting, bodybuilding or on the mat.

 Not sure why you need a belt and knee sleeves to do pulldowns though? ;D
