He won based on what? The number of lies being spouted? Complete lack of any fundamental plans or issues?
Based on the fact that his opponents' party is now in a tailspin, and even the staunchest supporters in the media agree it was horrible. Also, based on the fact that he was trailing in the polls, and was so abysmal that he like LOST voters, instead of gaining them.
Plus, he's done irreparable damage to his party and handlers, because they have been saying ad-nauseum how sharp and energetic he is.
The policy, lies, etc....irrelevant.
But, if you want to talk lies, even CNN fact checked 10-12 lies Biden told - Bleach, Very Fine, Border Patrol, Insulin Cap, Medicare Cap, no troops killed, border crossing, inflation rates, etc.......give it up man, this was as bad as it looked.
When CNN fact checks the bleach lie, it's over.
