Maybe it's the asymmetry that riles you? 
It is true that people with asymmetrical facial features sometimes appear less attractive, it is Sarah's tendency to frown that 'riles' me. When she spoke at the convention a couple of days ago, she smiled several times and appeared almost radiant. She has great teeth. There is nothing asymmetrical about her smile. Only, she should do it more often.
Those doctored photos of Sarah support my theory because although her asymmetry has been corrected, her grimace is almost more pronounced.
