I'm ready to ban folks who can't spell Newsom correctly. I heard Friday that he and Whitmer already turned down Harris, as they don't want to be attached to a loss.
Not Newsom. He would be a horrible choice. Personally I would prefer John Kasich. Regardless it is going to have to be a moderate white male.
Kasich? Anyways, I’m actually worried now because if she picks a great VP, this thing could swing back in their favor.
Stuck in the past. Haven't even heard of that guy in years. What is he on MSNBC or something?
Newsom will need to step away from CA and distance himself from the mess he's created out here before he tries to run for president.I thought I read Kennedy is going to be holding a press conference tonight?
This is why it's probably Newsom's best chance to win now. In 4 years California will be in really bad shape because of his policies. He should try to get the nomination away from Harris at the convention if he wants his chance.
The Dems will lose if he is anywhere on the ticket.
Been saying Newsome for a while now. Not sure if he is willing to take part in the dumpster fire at this point.Maybe Big Mike or the return of Madame President since she has nothing to lose. Short of Trump going back to Pittsburgh I don't see them getting any traction for the ticket in the time they have.
Can't see why Beshear/Whitmer/Shapiro would attach themselves to this.Who knows though, it's politics.
While you are worried, I, on the other hand, am relieved that President Biden bowed out of his campaign for reelection. Not just because it increases the possibility of a win for Democrats in the 2024 election, but also for President Biden himself, his health, and his family. Campaigning is taxing on a candidate’s physical wellbeing, just as is being President of the United States. Note, how much most Presidents aged while in office.
It doesn’t matter who they run up if they have the same destructive policies Biden has. That being said, it’s not about running on policy for Marxists. They couldn’t win on it
