Shawn retired at 35 while he was still on top, knew that he could never win the O, he still had his health intact.

Lee Labrada, Lee Haney, Jay Cutler would probably be my picks above Shawn. I respect his work and physique in his day, but as far as smartest... plenty got out, did well and seem OK, these days. Even Dorian, with all his injuries, manages to live a life of sorts with his drug experiments and yoga, I suppose

2) How far did he get outside of bodybuilding?

3) If you sat him down, how smart does he actually seem?

I think he be A-, B+ range. I saw Labrada mentioned, he'd be in the A range for me. Really solid bodybuilding record without serious problems later on in life. Very solid business acumen, etc.....

great points hunter is a  moron and looks like shit , in fact alot of the you tube channels try to hype him up so they can get a labrada nutrition sponsorship nicks strength and power is a prime example of this, when labrada was a paid sponsor on his channel nick "the closet schmo" would go on and on about how geat hunter is.  this kid has never had a job in his life his whole life since he was a teenager has been sticking needels in his ass  and having his daddy foot his bills.

i alaways liked shawn for telling it how it is.  wheter if you you agree with everything he says or not. he always spoke his mind i  could be wrong but i think he got his pro card when he was 20 one of the youngest ever to get one.

have you seen aaron baker he  looks pretty healthy to these days well spoken guy as well i as to my knowledge he has no health issues as well
