Ronnie trained with a great intensity, brutal training, that counts for something. Fighting is not all about cardio. Nassoil was lazy and much weaker.  King Ron had the memory of slavery in his blood like a bodybuilding version of Joe Fraizer, he had an immense rage that sustained him.

Ronnie played D1 football as a linebacker.  No question Nasser would be destroyed easily and quickly. There are stories circulating how Nasser was a scum bag  and liked to bully people. There is a video of a bodybuilder telling how Nasser knocked him out with a sucker punch when he had his back to Nasser.

Ronnie was also a cop for a number of years. Sure, some of it was in public relations, but the early years would've been on patrol, and he'd have learned joint locks, throws, etc.... and how to be aggressive / offensive quickly when it matters.

My money's on Ronnie all day in his prime.

First off Ronnie would have to get past Nassole's gang of goons to weaken or defeat Ronnie. Nasser would have a series traps, pits and snares set for Ronnie.  Nasser would also have BigBobs in a gimp costume on a leash ordered to attack Ronnie on site.

It'd be an uphill battle for Ronnie.
