Today after I closed the gym, I had to do calves and abs which is a normal leg day for me (train legs in the afternoon before work) I decided to do some cardio afterwards and I used the stairmaster for the 1st time. I usually use the bike for my cardio and just keep it simple but the stairmaster really got me sweating quickly and I wasn't gasping for air or anything it was just a moderate pace and I really liked it. anyone else out there just use that? from now on thats what im using.
