They came on here for the sole purpose of posting the same lies about me for the millionth time and trying to argue about it. I told them I do'nt care and they proceeded to post it again 1000 times. I haven't looked it up but I understand these BBLs that everyone is getting are just fat injections, usually your own fat although I have seen mention they inject other stuff too. Without looking it up I bet PMMA is used a lot for this, by "doctors" and cosmetic surgeons abroad. If I'm not mistaken the stuff was developed for the cosmetic industry. But I agree that it sounds dangerous, the more you inject the more dangerous it gets I bet. As you say, muscle damage. Story goes Piana's cosmetic surgeon didn't really want to go through with injecting so much in him.

But all you have to do is look at these guys, how likely is it that they have normal sized hearts or good BP? A little cardio would not overcome these problems I don't think. Most of them are on heavy BP and heart meds but again they can't overcome the heavy use. Most every heavy juicer has some degree of LVH I think. And it's not the same as 'athletes heart,' instead it becomes pathological. Many of us think GH is mostly healthy but in high dosages it worsens cardio risk by a lot, way worse cardiomegaly. There was the tiny study where researchers argued that the combo of GH and roids is much worse for the heart than steroids alone. Tbombz was doing 40+ iu and went into heart failure and now has sworn off all GH although he still uses roids. I have LVH and Covid almost killed me. Interestingly Justin Harris said when you hear heavyweight competitors getting recurring pneumonias but it's actually a sign of heart failure.

Bodybuilders die of heart failure or kidney failure. Everyone used to be afraid of liver failure but turns out liver problems are down the list. The heart and kidneys are connected as well, problems with one can cause problems with the other, that's what my cardiologist said.

Like I said, I think it's amazing someone like Walker is still here, or Roelly! Any doctor would probably be expecting arrythmias any second if examining these guys.

I don't know what world you live in, but I don't have to ask anyone permission to do a damn thing. I am past that point in my life. Let's say the entire world decides I am a bad guy. I am still going to be just fine. My house is paid for, and I have plenty of steaks in the freezer. I can make money and support a comfortable lifestyle sitting at home whether anyone likes me or not.

Ok but how would severe liver damage have caused a heart attack? My understanding is kidney damage can lead to a heart attack as it would lead to higher blood pressure not being able to secrete enough sodium making the heart work harder but the liver?

Not as easy as JUST sodium.   Also, the liver eliminates waste as well.  Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) can cause problems with the heart.

Impaired blood pressure regulation is certainly a factor but usually the factors that cause kidney damage (uncontrolled hypertension and hyperglycemia) damage the heart simultaneously.

I’m not really aware of a similar link between liver failure and cardiovascular events.  People with NASH/NAFLD are at higher risk of heart attack because the lifestyle that places one at risk of fatty liver disease also places them at risk of MACE

Thanks for info, looking at his ridiculous diet I am not surprised. He used to eat kilos of kebabs—about 45 percent animal fat—and on his rest days, he’d wolf down dozens of donuts. Not to mention being on insulin and over 5 grams of testosterone. Dropping down after clogging his arteries and damaging his arterial linings is a bit too late. Honestly, I wouldn’t have stopped at 240; he should’ve gone as low as 170, like Scott did in this forum.
