On the criminal charges, on the Federal ones, he's going to change out the prosecutors to ones favorable to him, they can then drop the cases.
The State level ones are tricky. In New York, the judge has given himself till the 12th of November to decide what he'll sentence Trump to, it could be community service or it could be 4 years in prison. But then after sentencing, he'll appeal, and that will be tied up in court for years. In Georgia, the hope is Willis gets removed, and new prosecutors drop the whole thing. This won't happen till after he's sworn in, and then there are legal questions about whether a State can prosecute a sitting president, so that will likely be tied up in court for years also,
The Civil stuff stays the same.
