I guess if they are then the lawsuit will be easy. Let's see who is correct here.

I have a strong feeling based on our interactions that your powers of pattern recognition are faulty at best.

I mean, everyone gets arrested for being a drunkard a few times in their lives amirite?
He was arrested once for public intoxication, the second was for public urination. How do you get "arrested for being a drunkard a few times"? oh, you lie, that's how. ::)

Assumedly, whether or not Kash Patel was intoxicated when he urinated in public has not been determined. However, Kash Patel was arrested for public urination after consuming alcohol at local bars in New York City. Most people do not urinate in public unless they are seriously compromised in some way such as being inebriated or perverted. Peeing your pants in public is generally not considered "public urination" in a legal sense. This eliminates urgency being a factor.

I am calling him a drunk because that whats been reported by various people and we have evidence thats the case.

The lawsuit is garbage. Everyone in the cabinet is a moron, it's an assumption I feel is warranted. Bondi- retard, noem- retard, patel-retard.

He has been caught lying over and over. Botched multiple things already.

I don't know anyone in my life that has been arrested twice for drunk and disorderly behaviour. Maybe thats the folks you pal around with but it's not normal behaviour.

What moronic is assuming there is no merit to the claims when there is already some evidence that he acts in this manner.

I know lots of people who did stupid things when they were young.  I did stupid things when I was young, but thank God I grew up before the internet was a thing.

Calling someone a drunk over two incidents that happened decades ago when the person was essentially a kid, when that person has gone on to live a stellar life, is pretty dumb.

Stating definitively that something has no merit, when you don't know anything about the substance, is also pretty dumb.

It's absolutely not.

If someone has a past history of behaviour, say, sexually assaulting women. Then 20 years later they are accused of it again and have photos and reports of acting a fool what would be the most probabilistic assumption. I see you don't understand bayesian inference.

You think the atlantic is just making up things?

You lost me right here.  You really are an uninformed troll.
