What would be best for me when I return to training?
« on: December 03, 2024, 09:37:40 AM »
I had an accident 3 weeks ago. The doctors said I would be able to train again at the end of December. Unfortunately, I can already see unfavorable changes in my body. My muscle mass has clearly decreased and my fat tissue has increased, even though I weigh less than before the accident. Up until now I have been on 750 mg of testosterone per week, currently during convalescence 125 mg per week. What do you suggest after resuming training? Will recomp be a good idea, or maybe cutting? I really want to get back in shape, so I am determined to add a steroid to testosterone. But which one? In the past, I have only used NPP and EQ with testosterone. I know that many of you have a lot of knowledge on this subject, and maybe someone has even been in a similar situation. I would be grateful for your help.

your body composition will change due to the lack of training and still eating excess

You wont lose any muscle they will just shrink.
Same way you dont gain any muscle when they come back

Muscles expand not grow.

It's not like you have been in a coma for 3 years. Just keep doing what you have been doing, adjust carbs for body composition, and consider using less drugs in the long run. Focus on healing, give it time. If you have muscle/joint injuries, some peptides surely will help.

Give your body the time it needs to recover and stop spazzing out. A bit of long acting nandrolone, not NPP would provide some additional healing benefits to your trt dosage.

Any muscle lost over such a short period comes back in an instant, unless the issue you had won't ever be resolved after your convalescence. Twice I was on a ventilator for 3 weeks and lost 70lbs each time while intitially being so weak I couldn't drink a cup of water without a long straw, nor even stand up 5 seconds with a 200 heart rate ;D Each time I was back in 3 months size-wise although with some lingering issues limiting myself in lifting but the "image was back" within weeks, like blowing air into a balloon.  :D

IMO all the steroids work the same but some are more quick acting. But if I wanted to do an instant-comeback, an Anadrol a day would do it added to the test, 3 weeks and you are back. You want to add Primo/EQ/Deca, that's fine but it's not instant muscle like with some orals. Some want to take their time, some are in more of a hurry .

A quick recomp that scaresly no one will try: eat protein as much as you can only apart from around the workout, then take 15 units of Novorapid or Humalog etc preworkout and follow up with 250 grams of carbs and some aminos the next 2.5 hours. 2-4iu gh a day. Test base, could be just 250mg, and one Anadrol. Clen 60mcg a day. Could look better than before your lay-off with minimal, imo, risk to your health 8) After 3 weeks resume your previous base use of roids or even less.

thats because you dont lose it, it just shrinks

Remember Mike Morris story about Milos going from an untrtrained man to a 230lb bodybuilder in a couple of hours backstage by injecting insulin and throwing in simple carbs and water

Yes exactly, it doesn't truly go away. Morris' story is baloney for the most part, it isn't quite that instantaneous. Probably adding color did most of the transformation.

Most would balk at my Anadrol suggestion, but what's 3-4 weeks? They gave this stuff at 2 tabs to 70 and 80 year old men for 12 wekeks with little sides.

No point in him taking insulin. Did Lee Haney take insulin? What a mind fuck while training.

I last did anadrol about 15 years back the old anapolan 50's

have to say I loved them on 1 a day.

had a training partner who took 6 a day and was superstring but used to get nosebleeds a fair bit.

in terms of fullness and feel good I loved it. I also enjoyed pronabol 5 D-bols for a feel good factor.

I may give the anadrols a little run new year

you could say that for every single anecdote and even witness statements

Go in the gym cold then pump up, you can dramatically increase in size just from that alone, thats no food or insulin

Thanks to everyone for their help and suggestions. I still have some NPP at home so I thought I would add that to the test so I wouldn't have to order more products.

As for me, fortunately I have no fractures or injuries, only head injuries. Doctors recommended that I refrain from training for 6 weeks, so as not to increase the pressure in my head, which could impede healing.

I take a month off training when I go travelling on holiday.

When I get back to training I start a bit lighter and take about 2 weeks to get where I was before in terms of strength.

The muscle 'loss' is negligible.
