Agreed, the real Flex is one one the greatest ever, and to call yourself Flex already just looks stupid. BTW he doesn't even look like Flex Wheeler( and not because he's white). He's young though and he looks great.

In short what I'm saying is with any two people, one may respond better as a natural and the other may respond better to juice. Just because a given pro wouldn't be your size clean doesn't mean you would be his size juiced.

not saying i'm anything special but i was 228 natural at 5'11" at age 27 before touching a thing.

i would guess my bodyfat was around 20 percent at that weight natural, eventually got to 243 juiced but my bodyfat dropped as well, weird thing is i haven't touched a thing in three years and i'm around 230 now.

Luke looks phenomenal...but flex has insane size for his age!! i wrote him an email...a email friend of mine told me he said he would be willing to help out young aspiring teens with ? and info...but he never mailed me back haha im sure hes busy...actually the same person told me to pm luke and he would give some words of wisdom and he nevr got back tm me hahah...but who knows they are both on the road to stardom so there free time must be limited lol. best of luck to both of them in 06

Yes I remember that article, he didn't look big at all.

I PM'd Flex a few times on Milos' board and he always replied. Hes very humble and takes things as they come. Unlike that lifeless mass of afterbirth called Dick Anthony, James has a future in the sport and im sure his success will be well documented in years to come.

Luke a bright star, both guys are gentleman and answer all questions on Milos's board.

He's big...calves are sick, giant arms...looks 6 weeks out but he'd whoop my ass on stage so who the hell am I?

Still...he has to drop that 'Flex' name it just makes him seem like a poser despite the fact he has a physique to back it up. Put it this way...if he has a 'Overcome' tattoo on his inner forearm...I wouldnt be shocked. You just cant do it...it isnt original.

Luke looks ready for the stage now....really. Not much at all to be done in these last 2 weeks. I wouldn't do anything drastic coming up to the show. Stay full, get some carbs in ya, drop that last bit of water and cruise through. This is the best Luke has ever looked and I'll bet good enough for a top placing in NY!!!

Who am I to say? I'm nobody. Just observing the fact that who cares he was called 'Flex' because he was 'flexible' in sports in school...so what? I played hockey in highscool...I always had more assists than goals...if my nickname was 'Passer' in hockey circles then went to the Pro's...I wouldnt call myself 'Passer BlockHead' if there was a recent retired GREAT who basically patened(sp?) that title...know what I'm sayin?

If Jimmy Lewis was real...he'd demand to be called by his first name...

"FLEX Lewis"...come on...there already was a 'FLEX' and he retired a great in the BB world. Not thats its disrespectable...it simply doesnt seem right. Call him 'Jimbo'. Then he can be called 'Jumbo JIMBO Lewis'. I know I know...Dave but Dave doesnt have half of Flex Wheelers credentials.
