It's not good to have the free press silenced, whatever one thinks of the WSJ coverage. And besides, Trump makes many false claims daily, many of which he knows are untrue.

I'm sure the birthday card was real, but that's perhaps my bias talking. It wasn't outrageous anyway, though you can read all sorts of nefarious thing into it if you want to speculate.
