Don't think anyone has Rodney St Cloud on the radar, especially after a not so impressive showing at the ironman. I saw him a few days ago and he's looking very good. The best he's looked since the '03 season when he qualified for the O. He should definately make the top 5 in this show and the NY pro.

You know Rudy I was rooting for Rodney for the Ironman. I told everyone here to watch out and that he might place well. Then on game day he does a gay posing routine with Kay Green.

Ya never know - that's why Eryk is my darkhorse to shock people. He comes in peeled like Nationals he can hold his own in that line up. I'm curious to see Willmore and how he stacks up but in recent shows the super heavies haven't done much damage.

Battle for 1st

between Darrem, Henry, Heath, and Alves. Alves is more complete than Darrem - Darrem's legs are too small and lack sweep. If Troy nails his condition and loses all the water in his hams and glutes he'll take it. He'd better bring it though because Darrem is guranteed to be "on" as always. Heath could win but its hard to say since this is his pro debut. David Henry will win if everyone comes in too soft or holding water.

Gary Strydom - no back, weak legs - could make top 5 but doubtful

5th spot - between Ahmed Haider and George Farah - will be decided on conditioning - my money's on Farah

The Other Rookie Sensations - Bill Wilmore and Marcus Haley - easy top 10 favs - Haley could make a stab at top 5, what with the amount of time he's had to improve since turning pro.

The Mass Factor - Ed Van Amsterdam and Martin Kjellstrom - Eddy Van looked great at the 2005 Ironman - hope he does well. martin looked huge at this years Ironman - hopefully made some improvements - both good top 10 hopefulls

Guaranteed to finish dead last: Ken Jones

I agree Strydom has his flaws but from wat i've seen of his overall mass and shape (and to be fair thats not that much) i'd have him ahead of Heath i think he'll place forth + he certainly wont get lost in the crowd with his rep!

Sup Dawg, Saw Rodney before the Ironman and all the shows he's done. This is the biggest he's been in awhile. He put on alot of size from the Ironman. If he nails his condition he will definate deserve to make the top five easily.

The crowd seemed to love the routine he and Kai did, alot of ppl who were there said they loved it. It's just ppl on here that thought it was gay. I hope you say the routine and is not going by what you read here. For example, that 240 dude said they were grinding on each other. Have no idea what the hell was watching, that's complete BS. if the did I think they would have both probably would have been suspended.

Yeah, I agree dude! It was wholesome family entertainment for all! I even downloaded it and sent the Rod "Jackson" St Cloud/ Kai Stickyfingaz tape to my grandmother for her birthday.
