I’d never heard of her until I saw her not guilty verdict on News Nation last night. Quickly read up on her and I have no idea how she was found not guilty. It’s blatantly obvious she did it, although I’m not sure why they charged her with second degree murder, there was no way that would’ve stuck. Anyone who has been following the case intently believes the exact opposite.  The trial showed so much corruption and bullshit in their police dept.

It is unavoidable for me because it's right near where I live.  I have seen billboards, articles, etc.....people are obsessed.

I was in St John's this past feb, and I drove halfway up a mountain to find this local authentic food place - sat down outside and a table that had all these painted rocks.  Right next to me, one rock said "Free Karen Read".

Like I mentioned to Irongropes400dudes, people who have paid attention totally think the Canton police department is entirely corrupt and tried to frame.

saw a tv real crime show about a case where a woman found out her husband was cheating so she followed him and when he came out of a hotel with his mistress she ran over him

she was found guilty of manslaughter and the judge in his summing up said due to her emotional state and that she was unlikley to be a risk to the public in future and she had three children under 5 the sentence would reflect those circumstances

he then gave her 23 years in jail???
