a friend of mine trains GROM in Poland. I've gone Poland with him to do CQP and weapons training.

He trains A and C squadrons in Warsaw. He is signed off my UK govt and Polish govt to do that. He is alllowed to travel with safely contained firearms as well. Nobody is involved in training SF without prior knowledge of both sets you fucking idiot.they don't 'guess' you must have done something.

He actually benches 4 times a week and I don't know how in the hell he does

I'm currently benching every 3 days and I perform 2 sec paused benches 1-3 reps first and then moderate grip bench 3-5 reps and the DB bench 3-5 rels 1 set of each
