Obvious about implants/etching.

There's a girl on IG. She's got a good body but also has to be in the 15 to 20% bf range. Yet no mater what her abs are always popping.  Although no one has ever accused her of it, she gets extremely sensitive when asked about her ab toutine. She has great shape , strong, works out hard, but there isn't a line of definition in her whole body except her 6 pack abs.

Looks photoshopped to me. Dude is behind the bar in what appears to be a hotel lobby? The tv on the wall, chairs around in front of it, the exit sign, the snack bar to the right...doesn't add up.
