In a recent RX muscle podcast. Palumbo told Romano he would love to look like Tony Freeman because his X frame and being taller with an adidas tracksuit on walking at an airport with people turning heads and staring at him because he looks like a football player or real athlete.


Arnold 75 contest shape will be my choice, with Bob Paris 84' close second (no homo)

I would say Bob Paris but I followed his first 2 books and got pretty aesthetic for a natural but got zero interest from girls and, er, 100% interest from dudes. The numbers reversed when I focused on the compound basics and got puffy all over.
