The absolute best pizza I have ever had in my life was in Bergen Norway, in the Ole Bull Scene area. It had literally hundreds of items you could have added. Duck, deer, elk, oysters, scallops, etc.. and the best part is that each ingredient was cooked individually. Not like normal pizzas where you throw it on the crust and then throw the crust in the oven. Here you picked a crust and they started on it first, then depending on what your selections were, they were cooked and/or added at intervals when they were ready. If you got beef, it was cooked and then added to the crust - back into the oven, then if you peppers or onions they were added right at the very end. Each selection was perfect. Things like pepperoni or mushrooms were not rubbery, meats like duck and ground beef were not greasy or dry. It took about 45 minutes to get a pie and it was around 50-90USD depending on your selections. But it was worth it.
I haven't been back since 2017 so not sure if it is there. I will have to dig out out external hard drives and see if I can find a photo of it and get the name off it. It was across the street from TGIF in the park area.
